The Company was founded in 1929 by Late Shri Mangilalji Laddha. His motivation for starting the company was led by the sole intention of reviving the grand-old Indian excellence of spices. He always focused on quality rather than quantity and started business of carom seeds at home and was satisfied with the basic income generated from the business and did not intended to expand it further.

In 1955 the new era was going to be rise with the birth of Shri Laxminarayan ji Laddha. He inherited the high virtues and values from his father and with his sharp business acumen he took the home based business to the industry basis.

But this journey was going to be very tough, time and situation tested him again and again but he stood firmly with great determination and faced the challenges and learnt from them. After the end of this hardship tenure of five years(1970-1975), he bought the factory and then never looked back. . He introduced brands such as kamal ajwain and saras amla.

For expanding the business his sons joined the hands and took the business from domestic level to international stage under his guidance.

Mr. Nand Kishore Maheshwari  is a name that has crossed the borders of India and reached across the globe. The company ventured cautiously into the export market in the year of 2000 and growing by leaps and bounds.

Mr. Murli Dhar Maheshwari strives to introduce our other premium products such as cumin seed, fenugreek, fennel, coriander, garden cress, etc.

Mr. Dev Kishan Maheshwari is carrying forward the legacy of kamal ajwain and saras amla and looks after the whole domestic market.
